The completed manuscript has insights drawn from years of research providing relatable anecdotes, raw journal entries, and humorous footnotes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The reader sees the character arc of change as I heal from burnout and apply each chapter\u2019s strategies to my busy overachiever lifestyle.
